Procedure
The 4 phases of the test
From mounting to final inspection — every step was performed by SGS technicians under standard lab conditions.
1
Specimen Preparation
The finished screen protector was installed on a mobile phone (Specimen B). The protector's release liner was removed before testing, so the substrate was directly exposed to impact.
Sample: Specimen B (finished)
Reference: SGS Ref. SZP26-036299
2
Controlled Drop
The device was positioned at exactly 1.22 m above the falling ground (solid wood board), with the screen facing down. A drop tester (TG-6707-X2) ensured the device was released in a controlled, repeatable manner.

3
10 Consecutive Drops
The drop was repeated 10 times consecutively onto the same solid wood board, with the device inspected between drops. The screen-down orientation was maintained throughout the test.
Repetitions: 10×
